    This kitchen has produced some pretty amazing meals, if I do say so myself. The cabinets provide plenty of storage space, and there's room for a family-friendly dining table and chairs. This makes for a great track that kiddos can race around or play hide-and-seek. 
    







Basement - Bottom Floor

    This finished basement is awesome. It stays nice and cool in the summer, and very toasty in the winter. It makes for the perfect guest room, office, or exercise space. The egress window provides lots of natural light, which is refreshing for a basement. The window also provides lots of property value, as this space can now be considered a third bedroom. There's built-in shelving and storage under the stairs, with additional storage in the utility room. A queen-size air mattress fits perfectly between the treadmill and the large ottoman. The washer and dryer work great, the heater is inspected annually by Village Green, and the AC was replaced in 2022. 










Master Bedroom - 2nd Floor

    This room has plenty of space for your favorite bed frame, side tables, and even a dresser or two. We had plenty of space for a bedside bassinet as well. The closet comfortably fits plenty of clothing, and includes a few built in shelves that fit cube organizer bins. The windows provide plenty of natural light when open, but the blinds do a great job of blocking out light, perfect for sleeping in on the weekends.




2nd Bedroom - 2nd Floor

    This space is perfect for a nursery, second bedroom, or office space. As with other rooms in the house, it has plenty of natural light and ample room for a bed, a play space, or a desk. This room also boasts a walk-in closet, which is perfect for storage or overflow from the Master Bedroom's closet.





Bathroom - 2nd Floor

    This is the best bathroom in the house, mostly because it's the only one. The shower gets nice and hot if you want it to, there's a medicine cabinet by the sink (not pictured), and the toilet was updated in 2023. Apparently you can flush a bucket of golf balls without issue, but we haven't put that to the test... Anyway, there are racks for towels and several hooks behind the door for robes or whatever else the buyer may wish. 





Summary

    This home has been an amazing place to live and raise a family. It's a comfortable space that can satisfy a wide variety of potential buyers.
